Customer unsatisfied with Product:
In all cases, return claim can only be made on valid reasonssuch as compromised quality of the product or any damage in the product etc. A request of return on the basis of‘change ofmind’ or ‘inclination towards a different product’ will not be entertained.
A customer who wants to return his/her purchased product onthe above mentioned reasons can returnit within 30 days of the date of shipment and must notify Lagoon Shop in writingvia email within 10 days of product delivery, so that a return permissionticket may be issued.
Return items must be unused and in re-saleable conditionincluding the product packaging. If the item is found undamaged after return inour warehouse, within 30 days of initial shipment, the customer will pay thecost of return shipping and 15% to 25% restocking fee. Products like Rugs,Curtains and Custom made products / specially ordered by customers are notreturnable.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products:
Any item which is defective, damaged or shipped incorrectlyby Lagoon Shop may be returned within 30 days of initial shipment. Return Labelwill be provided via Email for the damaged and incorrect Items. Forconfirmation, all products need proof in the form of pictures showing damage,incorrect or being defective product. Lagoon Shop must be notified via emailwithin 10 days of product delivery.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedure
Obtaining RMA before returning a product is required. Anyproduct returned without RMA will not be accepted.
Steps to follow:
1. Request RMA number from Lagoon Shop by submitting arequest through Email.
In your request, please provide:
• Your order number
• The item number of the product you wish to return
• Reason for returning the product
2. Approximately after 3 to 4 business days of receipt ofyour RMA request, we will provide you by email RMA number and shippinginstructions of where to send your items for a refund.
3. The Refund of your order amount will be issued within 3to 5 business days after receiving the item in our warehouse.
4. If the returned item(s) are found damaged, spoiled or ina non-new condition upon return in our warehouse, we may apply an additionalrepair/replacement surcharge on your refund. In case, the repair/replacementcost is found to be higher than the product price you paid, no refund will bemade.
5. The refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business daysafter the package(s) is/are received.
Lagoon Shop is not responsible for any damage during thepackage transit between your location and the warehouse in either direction. Incase of loss or damage, you are responsible for filing claims with the ShippingCarrier
a) Returns that are received without RA # or are shipped tothe wrong address will incur additional freight costs and a 25% service fee.
b) No returns will be accepted after the 30-day period hasexpired from the date the package was shipped to you.
